Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us! Since our products are created and shipped on demand, we have tailored our return and refund policy to address issues in a fair and efficient manner.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide a photo of the item and a brief description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    As each product is made specifically for you at the time of order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size, or color preference. Please double-check product descriptions and size charts before placing your order to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
  4. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges due to the on-demand nature of our products. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out, and we’ll work with you on a solution.
  5. Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For any eligible refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing once approved.
