Supplemental Course 2 - Strengthening Licensing Through Enforcement

The goal of this course is to detail the process of enforcing licensing rules and regulations, explaining positive and negative enforcement strategies and when to use them, as well as providing instruction and guidance on the requirements and procedures for administrative hearings.

This course will take approximately three hours to complete both modules. Each module explores important topics in understanding enforcement of rules and regulation for human care regulation.  

Course Modules:
●    Module 1: Enforcement of Rules and Regulations
●    Module 2: Administrative Appeals

In this course, the term government areas will be used in reference to US states, territories, tribal nations, and Canadian provinces collectively.
