Supplemental Course 3 - Support Services to Providers

The goal of this course is to explore the types of support services that licensing agencies can deliver to providers to help increase compliance and quality care.

This course will take approximately three hours to complete all four modules. Each module explores important topics in understanding provider support services for human care regulation.  

Course Modules:
●    Module 1: Provider Support Services
●    Module 2: Principles of Provider Support Services
●    Module 3: Administrative Issues
●    Module 4: Developing an Agency Level Provider Services Program

In this course, the term government areas will be used in reference to US states, territories, tribal nations, and Canadian provinces collectively.
